1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bdt98" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at bdt98.io, including all associated services, games, and features.
• "Platform" means the bdt98 website, mobile browser interface, and all digital services accessible via bdt98.io.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing and using bdt98 services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account with bdt98 or who accesses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdt98 that are subject to separate wagering terms and cannot be withdrawn until those terms are satisfied.
• "Real Money Funds" means BDT amounts deposited by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be bet in eligible games before it becomes withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to bdt98 Accounts as required under these Terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time-sensitive operations referenced in this document.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or by continuing to use the bdt98 Platform following the publication of any revised version of these Terms & Conditions, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by:

• These Terms & Conditions in their current form;
• The bdt98 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference;
• The bdt98 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any game-specific rules published within the Platform for individual titles;
• Any bonus or promotional terms published at the time a promotion is offered.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt98 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements whether written or verbal.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with bdt98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bdt98 or any of its technology or payment partners;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by bdt98 for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms.

bdt98 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns. Verification may require submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdt98 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdt98 Account credentials, including your username and password. bdt98 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

You must notify bdt98 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdt98 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

bdt98 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close an Account if:

• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The account information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent;
• The Account shows signs of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to bdt98's satisfaction;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bdt98.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not suspended for breach), any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account balance will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method within a reasonable processing period.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdt98 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. bdt98 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within approximately 5 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdt98 Account holder.
• bdt98 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• bdt98 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, bank, or mobile money operator.
• Any withdrawal request submitted during a KYC review period will be held pending the outcome of that review.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt98 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion;
• Bonus Funds are applied to eligible games only — certain live dealer tables, sports markets, and game categories may be excluded from wagering contributions;
• bdt98 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering is detected;

7 Gaming Rules

bdt98 offers casino games, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, video poker, and sports betting. Each game category is governed by the rules of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that cannot be influenced by the Player or by bdt98.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, bdt98 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdt98 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or pricing anomalies to generate artificial profit;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent bonus terms;
• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Providing false identity information or documents during registration or KYC verification;
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdt98 support staff or other Platform users;
• Assisting any third party in circumventing these Terms & Conditions.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdt98 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
